EyeSavvy Design is looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing Assistant to help bring our brand to life behind the scenes. If you’re obsessed with content creation, love staying organized, and have a passion for making things happen on social—this could be your dream side gig.

This is a part-time, remote position with a one-week paid trial to start. If it’s a good fit, there’s room to grow, and you’ll also get an inside look at what it’s like to run a creative brand design business. There’s mentorship baked into the experience for anyone looking to expand their skills, and a chance to make a real impact in a small, creative business

You Might Be a Great Fit If:

• You’re confident editing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, etc.)

• You enjoy planning and batching social media content

• You love organizing ideas inside tools like Notion

• You can write short, engaging captions

• You’re proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently

• You’re curious about branding, marketing, and the creative world

What You’ll Be Helping With:

• Editing short-form videos using pre-recorded content

• Planning and scheduling content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

• Writing social captions and organizing ideas in Notion

• Helping with email newsletters (via Flodesk)

• Supporting Patreon content and other light marketing tasks
